• Ensure the hoops, studs and clips are securely fastened when wearing them.

• Avoid any contact with water, soap, perfume, moisturizer, sunscreen, or any product than can affect the integrity of the jewellery.

• Remove the jewellery before sleeping, showering, swimming or exercising, and store them in a cotton bag or jewellery box.

• To Clean the jewellery use a clean and dry microfibre or cotton cloth to avoid scratches.

You can return the item up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless faulty. Also, customized items cannot be returned of exchanged unless faulty.
