Refund policy
We hope you love our jewellery as much as we do! But if for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase you can return it up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be in their original condition unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless faulty. Also, customized items cannot be returned of exchanged unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@petitangela.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by email. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely to our studio.
3. Approval: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email to confirmation your refund to the original payment method used.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email at hello@petitangela.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
