Processing Time
All our jewellery is handcrafted, on demand, with care and attention to detail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 days after purchase.
During peak times, such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer, so we suggest to place your order as early as possible to ensure it will be delivered on time.
Shipping
Delivery to the UK:
Standard delivery (estimation 2-4 days) for £4
Express delivery (estimation 1-3 days) for £5
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.
Update the shipping
If you wish to update your shipping address, you must notify us immediately after placing your order by sending an email to hello@petitangela.store
Absence at the delivery address
The courier will make two delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable for both, the package will be returned to our offices. Please note that we are not responsible for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts. Should this occur and you wish to have the package resent, a standard shipping fee of £4 will apply. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched to the provided address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please send an email to hello@petitangela.store. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incomplete or incorrect address
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
